In the Bed & Breakfast wing there are 3 spacious modern double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with wide doors for easy access if needed and 1 Triple room. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with power showers, tea & coffee making facilities, & colour LCD integrated digital TV giving access to over 70 TV channels & radio stations.

Guests can enjoy a full Scottish, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast in our attractive breakfast room looking out over some of the 100 acres that the property sits in. Also for the evenings there are many good restaurants that can be recommended within the local area.

There is now free Wi-Fi to all guests of the B & B, also as the season progresses we hope to offer all guests the option of free local, national and international calls from the comfort of their rooms.

Complementary pick up is available for anyone arriving in to the nearby train station, and remember that half price rail travel is also available to anyone, if flying into Prestwick International Airport, just ask for details when booking.
